14-Day Paid Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the day your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or need an exchange, you can request a return or exchange within this period.
Please Note:
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the items show signs of wear or damage.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer an exchange. However, please make sure to verify your size accurately before ordering, as size-related issues caused by customer error will not be eligible for free returns or refunds.
